Deep Tissue

Iron out those sore, tense or tired muscles by receiving this intense massage. Slow, deep pressure is applied to release the tight connective tissue and lengthen the muscles. Cross fiber friction and acupressure is performed to help resolve those "Yang" spots and break down the knots. Ninety minutes is recommended to receive a complete full body deep tissue session.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle healing modality utilizing energy. It is non-invasive and appropriate in situations where massage may be contraindicated. Reiki stimulates the body's own healing intelligence.  Guest's typically experience deep relaxation, improved mood, and a decrease in pain.

Craniosacral Balancing

Craniosacral balancing is a non-invasive, hands-on modality using just a nickel's weight of pressure to unblock restrictions in the flow of cerebrospinal fluid.  This technique can induce deep relaxation, mental clarity, and reduced pain.

Chinese Cupping Therapy

A traditional Chinese Medicine technique that employs a negative pressure, creating suction within the cups which are then placed on specific areas of a guest's body, typically the back.  Acupuncture points are stimulated to decrease pain, aid in the release of body toxins, and relieve stress.             *A cupping mark could remain on the skin after the session, which generally disappears within a few days.

Lymphatic Massage

A very light touch is used to stimulate the body's lymph system to help clean toxins from your body.  Ideal post surgery massage to help decrease swelling and fluid retention.

Reflexology

Pressure is applied to specific points of the feet which are linked to organ systems throughout the body.

Maternity Massage

Whether extreme athlete, weekend warrior or just needing to stretch out that computer desk body, this massage is for you.  This treatment includes Thai massage which is an ancient form of body work consisting of full body stretching and pressure points.  It has often been referred to as "lazy man's yoga". This technique is combination with some deep tissue and hot stone therapy will be sure to send you into oblivion!
