Enzymes and vitamins – the spark plugs of life – are manufactured in the cell walls of plant tissue. They are literally bound within the plant, locked into the living fibers, in the peelings and just below the surface of the skin. So the vital parts of fruits and vegetables – that which contains the greatest concentrated value of nutriments – is the most difficult to reach. Juicing is the key to unlocking and releasing the full spectrum of live nourishment. Raw plant foods are powerful, whether in juice or food. Live, fresh, colorful fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, minerals, phyto-nutrients and enzymes that are the catalysts of beauty and vitality. They will help repair damaged tissue and also protect from further damage.
