Cross fiber friction and acupressure is performed to help resolve those "Yang" spots and break down the knots. Ninety minutes is recommended to receive a complete full body deep tissue session.

Thai Body Fussion

Whether extreme athlete, weekend warrior or just needing to stretch out that computer desk body, this massage is for you.  This treatment includes Thai massage which is an ancient form of body work consisting of full body stretching and pressure points.  It has often been referred to as "lazy man's yoga". This technique is combination with some deep tissue and hot stone therapy will be sure to send you into oblivion!
